Over the years, we have worked tirelessly to streamline
the reporting process and alleviate the workload of the
Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, and
the Boards of Health. Our business is providing you with
a level service that makes your business as simple as possible.
Established in 1997, Clearwater Recovery
is proud to announce that we are now contracted service
providers to over 550 residential and commercial systems

As the founder of Clearwater Recovery, Stephen
develops and establishes policies and objectives of
the business to meet your needs.
Stephen has more than 20 years experience in the excavating
business, where he specialized in the installations
and repairs of septic systems. He obtained his Mass
wastewater treatment plant operators license in 1989,
and currently holds a Grade 6-C certification (#3891).
He leads our team of field technicians in all phases
of preventive and corrective maintenance, water sampling,
and construction activities. His other certifications
include:
- Mass Registered Sanitarian (#1113)
- Mass drinking water supply facilities operator
Grade T-3 (#4154)
- Mass drinking water distribution system operator
Grade D-4 (#4503)
- Mass wastewater collections systems operator (#1181-C)
Stephen continually works to improve
the company's image and relations with customers,
employees, designers, installers, regulators, other
stakeholders and the public. |

David
Bidanset, Operations Specialist
David has a Grade 4-I and a 5 -C wastewater treatment
plant operators license. He is experienced in industrial
and municipal wastewater treatment. David is a qualified
monitoring well specialist. He was the Assistant
Chief Operator at Polaroid and is skilled with installation
and /or construction of new machinery.

H. "Nick" Nickerson, Operations
Specialist
Nick has been with CWR since July of 2002. He operates
and maintains "JET" and other residential
Innovative/ Alternative septic systems. Nick is currently
a Grade 2-M wastewater treatment plant operator and
continues studying wastewater treatment at Massachusetts
Maritime Academy.

Edward Nelson,
Operations Technician
Edward is a Grade 2-M wastewater treatment plant
operator. He is a qualified residential system operator
and his excavating and construction abilities enhance
our ability to serve our customers.
